Increase traffic on your company's website: The number and relevancy of site links are also important criteria for search engines. In other words your site will potentially rank higher with search engines if you have 300 links rather than 30. Remember, though, that those 300 links must be relevant to the content in your site. For example, a site that specializes in footwear linking to a site that specializes in eyeglasses will do nothing to improve search engine ranking. Beware of companies that promise thousands of links since many of those links may be irrelevant.
